More on Logic, or just Moron Logic?

In yesterday’s piece I highlighted the growth of post-covid logic (PCL). We have seen that the symptom list for covid19 has grown at an impressive rate over the last 20 months, and it is perhaps time to add a general degradation of mental acuity to that list.

How else are we to explain the catastrophic rise of cretinocracy everywhere?

We started at a seemingly reasonable place; highly infectious disease, lots of people potentially getting seriously ill very quickly, too quickly for health services to cope with, therefore we should try to slow things down a bit.

The reasoning here makes sense - it still does. I never agreed that lockdown was the right solution - at the time this was principally because I thought it would cause more harm than the disease itself.

That was the last time anything about the whole sordid pantomime we’ve witnessed made any sense at all.

I’ve highlighted many of the absurdities in my previous pieces. One of my favourite examples of covid-kookiness was the delightfully deranged exhortation from the UK government health advisers that we shouldn’t play Scrabble because of the dangers it posed. I suppose if someone plays the word “arsehole” on a triple word score it might cause tempers to rise - maybe that’s what they were thinking of? I don’t know.

My daughter sent me pictures of the new screens that her local supermarket (Tesco) has just installed.

I’m still trying to work this one out. But someone actually thought about this - and decided it was a good idea - and, presumably, other people actually agreed with them. I don’t suppose this was the work of a single deranged individual - but several - including senior management who had to sign off on this nonsense and spend money on it.

I have no idea what these screens are supposed to be protecting us from - bananas thrown by angry customers perhaps?

We can all laugh (or cry) and scratch our heads in bewilderment at these examples of PCL - but things are actually much more serious than this.

Austria, and Germany, and even the EU as a whole, now seem to be seriously considering introducing substantial fines (thousands of Euros) for people who choose not to get vaccinated. How have we gone from “three weeks to flatten the curve” to this?

And various psychotic media pundits are screeching in their usual authoritarian and sanctimonious way about how we must force vaccination on everyone. In the UK, back in January 2021 I believe, the government told us that “once the elderly and vulnerable had been vaccinated” we could go back to normal and dispense with any restrictions.

Now, it’s stick needles in everything that moves, several times a year - to keep us all “safe”.

These vaccines have not yet completed their Phase III trials - by any definition they are still in the experimental phase. They don’t protect against infection, or retransmission - they were never designed to do so. Vaccinated individuals who become infected have just as high viral titres, maybe even higher according to some studies, than unvaccinated infected individuals.

Yet here we are - mandating vaccines that don’t stop infection or retransmission in order to do what, precisely? Stop infection? More PCL for you. What’s the end-game here? I don’t know - but it really doesn’t look to be much about protecting anyone does it?

I think these must be the first vaccines in history for which the advice after vaccination is to avoid the unvaccinated. This only makes “sense” in a PCL world.

The unvaccinated have even been blamed for generating vaccine-escape variants. Yes, really. It’s like blaming the people who don’t take antibiotics for the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. More “logic” for our PCL world.

Seriously, folks, what’s the end-game here? Freedom and a decent existence is only possible as fully paid-up members of some Pharma vaccine subscription service? This is the world you want to leave for your children?

And vaccinating kids is an evil beyond measure. The vaccines are provably more dangerous to kids than covid itself.
