I think I’m trapped in some sort of nightmare and can’t wake up. Every day I see things that cannot possibly be real. Someone is taking the piss and just messing with my head.
Surely?
You couldn’t sit on a park bench. Alone. But you could sit in a pub, with others, but only if you were eating a meal. It had to be a proper meal too - debates raged in the UK about whether scotch eggs were a substantial enough meal to trigger the protective effect of engorgement.
And I’m not just yanking your chain here. There really were debates about whether a scotch egg was a big enough meal to be allowed to sit and eat in a pub.
I thought I’d made my peace with this mind-fuckery - or maybe I’ve just got so used to it that I’m immune now.
Today, however, I learned the following.
It looks like that in Germany you now need to be vaccinated to be euthanized.
Have we reached peak insanity?
I’d like to think we have - but somehow I very much doubt it.
I fear we have a long way to go as humanity continues to abase and debase itself.
The trolling by MSM and politicians is definitely a part of it and it's way beyond dupers delight.
So it's either to incite violence or maintain hypnosis in the masses, possibly both.
Wish I could help but the extraordinary levels of nonsense out there in Covid land continue to defy everything - logic, reason, common sense, science have all proved futile. Even the nice line you have in mockery seems inadequate. Perhaps we will just have to wait until it all implodes in on itself except that that might take us all down with it. But, at least, your wicked little blog means we will go down laughing!
