First of all I’d like to wish all of my readers a very Merry Carditis and a Happy New Embolism.
I am truly grateful for your time and all your comments. I try to keep up - but as things have grown a bit it’s getting easier and easier to miss stuff. If I’ve missed out on a comment you’ve made, I do apologize and will try to catch up.
I’ve only recently joined Twitter - I’ve already been shadowbanned, and one user has put me on 3 of their lists. This user is compiling lists of “Nazis” and other undesirables - presumably so that, when the revolution comes, they’ll know who to deal with.
I am honoured.
If you’re sceptical enough, and don’t take everything at face value, you can sift through Twitter to find some real gems. It’s still easy to get a bit duped (the picture of the “Berlin” shopping centre segregating the Goo’ed and the unGoo’ed was, I believe, taken in Romania. But no matter, the medical fascism shone through loud and clear wherever the pic was taken).
Of course there’s lots of stuff that makes you want to cry - from frustration, anger and the sheer effrontery or tyranny on display.
We’ll start with our favourite CEO, Chief High Priest of Pfizer, trying to boost his stock options again
And counter this with a clever meme you have to look twice at
But has there been anything more savage than this meme?
Some memes address the conspiracies - like “build back better”:
and my personal favourite
Some, like this picture taken of the decorations in a Dentist’s waiting room, are just deeply disturbing
That’s a lovely Christmas Teeth you have there, folks. What’s your movie for Christmas? Saw?
Some tweets don’t use images, but are brilliant, nevertheless
Congrats to Covid on its season three renewal. Feel like the writers could have thought of a new plot line, however.
And another savage one that combines political and covid commentary
Omicron is the Jussie Smollett of Covid.
But the one that made me laugh the most this morning was the reply to this tweet.
Kate is asking for help trying to translate what I assume is a dating profile. The response from Petrified Covid Parent (a parody Twitter account that is usually very funny) is another health/social commentary. The translation?
He’s triple vaccinated
I want to wish you all a really good Christmas and Holiday - despite the difficulties and insanity from governments, CEO’s, and possibly even friends and family. I will try and write some more pieces before Christmas, but no promises - I will probably be happily vanishing in a haze of Delirium Nocturnum (a very strong Belgian ale).
Meanwhile, here’s another festive idea for all of those face masks you might have left over - see, they do have a use, after all
Thank you for your efforts. Don't feel guilty for not being able to keep up with replies, if you are getting more followers then we are all finding each other and we will get there. Wherever 'there' is. Your intelligent yet comical commentary regularly stops me from reaching for the cyanide.
Keep it coming, don't give up, you're a star!
The face masks as nativity scene and tree decorations...priceless. How inventive people are.
