When Sophie was little she had a friend. Always there for her, always ready to play. Alex didn’t even mind it when she clumsily grabbed his ears. He thought it was fun.
But Alex was not young, like Sophie, and passed away. Her little heart was broken and she cried for days.
Sophie never forgot Alex. Her parents tried to console her by taking her to choose a new playmate. They were cute, too. But they weren’t Alex.
Time went by and nothing, it seemed, could fill the hole left in Sophie’s heart by Alex. Until one day there was a big celebration event in the local town centre.
For the first time in years, Sophie reached out to pet another dog. Her parents were overjoyed and wept in thanksgiving. Finally, their little princess was coming out of her shell.
She didn’t know the name of her new friend, but he seemed to respond with enthusiasm to the pretty flag they’d given her to wave.
But it could never be a more permanent thing.
Her new friend, you see, was owned by Blade who can be seen here about to get chastised by the Archangel Michael for being abusive towards a minority group; the long-toothed Jugular Attracted Persons have been discriminated unfairly against for too long.
But it was enough.
The seed had been planted and, one day, she would welcome a new playmate just like this into her life.
Awwww. Doesn’t this beautiful tale just restore your faith in humanity? Such an enriching and wholesome way to start your day with a tale of new-found hope and love.
Anyone who would take a kid, a little girl, to something like that should be horsewhipped.
This shit is not meant to be performed in the town square. Something is very, very wrong here.
